Purpose
While our major events prioritize content-driven experiences, our Dinners2Connect roundtable dinners have a distinct focus on networking. We firmly believe that networking is a crucial element in skill development, staying updated with industry trends, connecting with potential mentors, partners, and clients, and gaining access to valuable resources for career growth. Participating in Dinners2Connect provides a unique opportunity to establish initial connections that ultimately enhance the overall experience of attending our large conferences. Simultaneously, these dinners play a significant role in tailoring the conference content to better suit the specific needs of the dinner participants.






On invitation only
Participation in our dinners is exclusively by invitation. Through our collaboration with diverse partners, including the esteemed European Circular Retail Foundation, we are pleased to offer free admission to Dinners2Connect, without any obligations other than engaging in interactive discussions at the table. We extend invitations to executives from the forefront of the industry, aiming to gather approximately 65 professionals for each dinner. Our selection process is meticulous, ensuring that the invited individuals are relevant and conducive to meaningful interactions.






What happens at a Dinner2connect networking roundtable dinner?

Dinners2Connect offers a unique platform for leaders to come together, network, and establish meaningful relationships with like-minded individuals. These exclusive dinners take place in luxurious venues located in the bustling business centers of major cities, providing a sophisticated backdrop for engaging discussions.  The different types of dinners

We organize three types of dinners;


  • Conference related dinners organized in preparation for the major events we organize. These dinners also act as a catalyst for content and inspire attendees to take an active role in the conferences we organize.
  • In addition to conference-oriented dinners, we also organize focused community dinners that bring specific groups of professionals together.
  • Moreover, we are also the proud organizer of dinners during the solution provider week bringing together the needs of the industry with those who can offer great solutions.


  The dinners follow a standard structure;


18:00 - 19:00

Business networking over appetizers and welcome drinks. Starters will be served in the form of delicious bite-sized snacks to maximize networking opportunities.


19:00 - 20:00

Presentations on business insights from selected partners


20:00 - 21:00

Dinner & Table Talks. The dinners are served in the form of an open buffet, providing additional networking opportunities during the dinners.


21:00 - 22:00
